**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and formulate strategic, long-term product roadmaps to enhance market penetration in Europe, ensuring the Sliding Stem product line meets evolving market demands and Europe specific requirements.
- Develop competitive strategies and proactive marketing tactics, staying ahead of market changes and positioning our products effectively against competitors.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure European market requirements are integrated into product enhancements and new designs.
- Craft and execute targeted advertising campaigns, working closely with the Marcom team to develop impactful communication materials that resonate with the European market.
- Lead the charge in new product development, coordinating with sales, engineering, marketing, and production teams to bring innovative products to market that meet customer demands and drive company growth. Oversee and contribute to the review of list prices and standard pricing strategies, ensuring our pricing reflects the value of our products and market positioning.

**For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree. Degree in Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years professional experience in Engineering, Sales, marketing, and/or product management preferred.
- Fluent English (verbal, reading and writing) is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and communicate effectively. Technical attitude and strong collaboration skills required.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Final Control / Flow Controls background preferred.
- Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, DIN, EN and specific piping industry codes and standards. Product & Customer knowledge.
