Antares Vision looking for a Project Manager*

The job holder reports to the PMO Manager. The person in this role will work in a matrix configuration with colleagues from all internal functions. The person will work closely with Planning and with departments involved in product development.

The Project Manager is the person responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing projects for defined quality, time and cost objectives, by: Active communication, creating trust and reliability; Positively assisting customers in selecting the best solution and scope adjustments; Proactively planning projects, analyzing and preventing problems.

Key Responsibilities*

Define and adjust project requirements specification in business meetings, guiding customers to solutions that meet business objectives and preemptively assessing the gap between customer demands and Antares products
- Support architects in defining and evaluating projects from a technical perspective, analyzing URS, prior to OC
- Create a long term trusting relationship with customers
- Engage departments in contract execution
- Conduct an alignment meeting with the client's project management lead and/or key team members
- Produce a project schedule, assigning resources and timeline to each task
- Manage the phases and activities during the project: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure
- Assign a risk factor and priority to certain key activities
- Plan for contingencies in case of unforeseen events
- Define a communication plan for clients
- Negotiate an initial SAT date with the client
- Monitor the progress of various departments
- Manage all technical issues that impact the plan, interfacing with KAM and the architects, providing updates on new schedules and costs
- Monitor costs, including contractor hours and internal resources
- Maintain interface with field service team, ensuring their completion and goals
- In the event of a change, guides clients through project execution to select the most advantageous and cost effective solution in line with company strategies
- Verify and communicate new timing for any deviations, modifications that change the final installation

Requirements*
- Electronic engineer - IT engineer - Mechanical engineer
- Native French speaker, advanced English speaker
- At least 5 years experience in the Packaging Automation or Industrial Automation sector
- Experience in software and hardware systems
- Ability to work at strategic and operational level
- Experience interfacing with multi-national customers
- Experience in managing custom products
- Management of complex programs
- Experience in managing high value projects
- Availability to travel 60% of the time (mostly France)

The office is located in RILLIEUX-LA-PAPE (LYON)
A training period is foreseen.
