Our client is the world leader in the construction of high-end and performance carbon fiber catamarans. To support the strong development of the brand, they are looking for a Project Manager F/M for the design office in La Grande Motte.
Reporting the Design Office Manager, you will coordinate projects of 3 to 8 people for the design and development of the catamarans.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper development of projects (price, weight, schedule)
- Build and manage the budget for each project
- Monitor and manage the overall mass estimate of the boat throughout the project
- Optimize schedules according to the department's priorities in order to meet deadlines
- Ensure that the concepts developed comply with our quality standards, as well as the applicable ISO Standards
- Driving technical, technological and organisational innovation to constantly gain expertise and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in Project Management in the Boating / Yachting / Marine industry
- Leadership and especially interpersonal skills
- Speak good English and French
