Leads Enterprise Architectures capabilities across projects service lines and architecture layers. Drives the Architecture Governance benefits and Technical strategy across the whole enterprise to assure improved architecture choices and capabilities.

**What you will do**

Manages and assesses the strategies of enterprise architecture and roadmaps development. Facilitates and recommends technical roadmaps to ensure that organizational goals for product security reliability and performance are achieved. Facilitates the technical strategy definition and involvement in Architecture delivery. Manages and develops Architecture Governance across the architecture landscape.
- Understand the business strategy, capture business objectives
- Contribute to translate in the IS strategy
- Define the target IS landscape and roadmap elements
- Capture regulatory constraints
- Manage portfolio of emerging technologies
- Assess business opportunities relating to emerging technologies
- Define technology standards
- Define re-usable patterns
- Work with Domain Architects to define Domain and Solution architectures
- Provide enterprise architecture leadership
- Create architecture models that reflect the company strategy and technology direction
- Facilitate and recommends roadmaps for large and complex initiatives to ensure that organizational goals for business, security, reliability, and performance are achieved
- Manage and develop architecture governance
- Evangelize and convince

Qualifications:
**Who you are**
- Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience or equivalent work experience in a relevant environment.
- Experience setting up / using an architecture framework, certification a plus
- Experience with data management
- Functional knowledge of the business domain
- Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science Engineering Mathematics etc.) or sufficient work experience to demonstrate proficiency at this level.
