Laboratory Support Technician

Within the R&D department of the Ceva Libourne Campus, we are looking for a Laboratory Support Technician for our Pharmaceutical Development department. Your role is to providing technical and logístical support to the activities of the Analytical and Galenic Development laboratories, while respecting the specifications provided, deadlines and pharmaceutical regulations.
Your main missions:
Participate in the regulatory stability studies of the Analytical Development department, through the management of samples, stocks and associated documentation,
Ensure the management of raw materials and packaging items in the Galenic Development department: registration, monitoring of stock and expiry,
Carry out simple experiments or provide support to analysts and galenists during analysis, manufacturing, packaging, aliquoting, etc.,
Be the privileged point of contact with other departments: Q&V, Quality Control, General Services, Technical Services, Archiving, etc.,
Monitor the maintenance schedule of the equipment, and possibly follow the interventions of service providers,
Participate in the Validation of Computerized Systems,
Ensure the management of paper and electronic archiving,
Participate in the document management of laboratories (certificates of analysis, studies, access forms, etc.),
Ensure shipments (samples, consumables, small equipment) and associated documentation,
Play the role of back-up of orders in the absence of the Order Manager,
Manage the supply of lab coats and clothing.
**Your profile**:
You have a BAC +2/3 in chemistry, physical chemistry and have a first professional experience in the analysis or formulation of pharmaceutical products in a GMP environment.
Autonomous, rigorous, organized, you have an excellent team spirit and good adaptation and communication skills.
You are also a source of proposals in the analysis of critical and/or problematic situations.
