As a Tech Lead, your main role is to coordinate the technical and functional solution implementation within your perimeter. You will lead the evolutive and corrective maintenance with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business continuity.
Your leadership will be crucial in driving technological innovation and maintaining the high standards of IT excellence that Ceva Animal Health is willing to implement.
**You will be accountable of**:
- Supporting the IT and Business roadmaps, coordinating the project phases (design, implementation and deployment), with the objective of delivering best practices and ensuring solution adoption
- Providing a strong technical understanding of the solutions covering the Laboratory processes (LIMS/ELN)
- Creating and/or improving implementation templates, training, and presentations. Including specification and documentation.
- Allocating the appropriate resources to deliver and support the on live solutions, and anticipating needs of scalability (on-time delivery and respect of SLAs)
- Ensure the link with other Business Service Delivery teams and IT Operation & Cross Functional teams
- Manage the suppliers on all project’s aspects
- Control the withdraw of solution when needed
All this perimeter is submitted to GxP regulations.
Therefore, **we are looking for a highly motivated person to be our main expert in those areas**.
**Your profile**:
- High energy team player with a bias for action.
- Autonomous and Organized
- Quality mindset
- 5+ years of experience with solution delivery, with emphasis on packaged software product implementation.
- A knowledge on LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS is a plus
- Ability to analyze and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Job based in Libourne (Bordeaux)._
