We are looking for a **SUFR & SPS CONTRACT LEAD** for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Paris, France (or London with possible relocalisation at the specified EPC contractor In the SD)**

Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Specialization in contract management in offshore oil projects & Gas
- Professional experience : More than 10 years in the oil and gas sector of the with proven expertise in tendering and clarification some Contracts for the EPC.
- Languages: Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Context of the Project
- The incumbent will be involved in the definition phase of a major FEED project, in charge of the contractual management of the UFR (Umbilical, Pipeline and Riser) and SPS (Subsea Production Systems) packages.
- This role requires active participation in commercial and contractual discussions as well as decision-making, offering strategic advice to optimize contract management.
- The project is geared towards the development of deep-sea offshore infrastructure to meet local and international energy needs
Missions and Activities
The incumbent will, in particular:
- Bringing expertise traffic warden for packages offshore and SPS in link with the Package Manager Offshore.
- Prepare FEED and EPC some packages UFR and SPS and ensure their aftercare contractual during the FEED.
- Write the Official communications and manage the Aspects Contract during the Phases FEED and EPC.
- Ensure compliance with Policies and contract of the company and of the project.
- Contribute to the revision of contracts for tenders, in accordance with the instructions and Procedures Internal.
- Collaborate with the managers legal conditions to facilitate contractual exchanges and Participate in meetings with Subcontractors and partners
- Manage bank guarantees, insurance, and follow-up documentation.
- Supervise the resolution of amendments and manage the management of orders of modification.
- Ensure effective integration between procurement and outsourcing activities.
- Ensuring the communication with the project teams on the obligations and Objectives Contract
