**Description de la mission**

**Context / Role / Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a **Lead** **Contract **M/F for our historical client TOTAL Energies.

Project**:DJENO Zero Flaring Project**

**Responsibilities**:
Your overall responsibility is to act as Lead Contract & Procurement to help drive the administration of all the contracts placed during the pre-project and FEED, the preparation and the coordination of all the call for tenders to be completed prior project FID. It will carry out your work in coordination with Project team, TGP and TEP Congo C&P department.

You help prepare all documents related to CFT and contracts, define the CFT evaluation procedure and ensure it is applied. You manage all tenders and contract activities within project are performed in accordance with the rules, regulations, and procedures.

You will work closely with the TGP, FEED Manager and the Engineer Leader and report to the FEED managers of the two projects supported.

**The role**:
As Contracts Lead, you will:

- Coordinate the CFT process and participate to the evaluation
- Lead the prequalification process for bidder list definition
- Negotiate contracts and prepare RTA
- Assist and advise the FEED Manager and Engineering Leader in matters concerning contract administration, including preparation addendum, contract extension
- Assist and advise the FEED Manager and Engineering Leader in matters concerning Change Orders, Claims, Dispute analysis and negotiations.
- Anticipate potential issue and report to the FEED Manager with mitigations proposals
- Participate to the various project regular meetings

**Profil recherché**

You hold a Master’s degree in engineering, commercial or law and have a minimum of **10** **years’ experience in Contract Management in the Oil & Gas industry**.

You have experience in **EPC **CFT negotiation and significant contract administration.

You have excellent communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, ability to convince, organized, leadership and ability to put issues into perspective.

English & French required.
