**Have you ever thought how long do reviews exist?**
- 50 years ago: _ customers used to leave reviews on restaurants through a beautiful guestbook on leather.
- Today: _9 out of 10 people choose a restaurant on Google and that’s mainly thanks to reviews.

But only 1% of customers leave reviews

Restaurants need that digital word of mouth to exist.

With Joombo we’re going to change that _now_

Joombo brings restaurants the 2.0 guestbook, connected to their visibility platforms so that customers leave them a review while being in the restaurant. That guestbook is connected to our digital platform, which allows restaurants to understand their customers satisfaction and compensate waiters who are most invested in getting reviews.

**What will your mission be at Joombo?**

Globally, you will co-create an international marketing strategy with the CEO:

- Understand the Foodtech ecosystem, our buyer personas and competitive advantages
- Identify restaurants needs linked to their visibility in Google
- Bring and execute creative ideas to launch campaigns on social media
- Develop content, all about restaurants, Google, Foodtech and Joombo

**More specifically, your mission will consist on this**:

- Do you love writing? That will be key for bringing up our blog articles, posts on social media and other innovative content
- We have a community of restaurants looking forward to hear from us You will be in charge of our newsletters to get in touch with them
- Lots of success stories to tell You will get in touch with our clients to create case studies
- Video-making in an innovative way for lots of different purposes: marketing, product, support and more

**Who are we looking for?**
- You are someone who isn’t scared to say what goes through your mind
- International is a word that sounds like chocolate for you You love discovering and getting in touch with other cultures
- You speak Spanish and understand French or English
- You have lots of ideas and you are looking for an opportunity to turn them into a reality
- You are creative and proactive
- Challenge is your second name
- You love food (For us this is a must)

**Salary is 600€ + quarter bonus based on your performance**
