Within the Content Team, we’re seeking for a Content Promotion Assistant based in our Paris office. Reporting to the Content Promotion Manager, the primary responsibilities for the Content Promotion Assistant is to showcase on a day-to-day basis our wide range of videos by working closely with the Business Development Team and to distribute our content to our catalog of Publishers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote our catalog of media and creators on Dailymotion
- Follow the latest trends on what’s going on in the world to offer the best content experience to our users (strategic monitoring on social networks)
- Curate content to editorialize the homefeed on Dailymotion
- Identify and maintain relationships with current and new Publishers to distribute them our wide catalog of videos
- Support the Business Development Team in the EMEA region to promote videos from their partners on every supports
- Partner with the Marketing & Product teams to identify opportunities for innovation
- Analyze performance metrics to draw significant insights allowing you to promote more efficiently your catalog

**Qualifications**
Qualifications:

- At least BAC+4 in Social Media Management, Digital Communication, Journalism, or related fields
- You have a clear understanding of the new media industry and a deep knowledge of the creators’ ecosystem on other social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch etc)
- Previous experience in social media management or digital communication would be a plus
- You benefit from strong communication skills in written and verbal form
- You are passionate and curious about the news and what’s happening in the world
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and with different stakeholders - Proactive attitude, must be a self-starter as well as a team player
- You are curious, eager to learn and a self-starter as well as a team player
- Fluency in French (fluent) & English (professional) is required
