**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of extensive experience managing IT projects with end-to-end responsibility of project delivery
- Experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodology with strong understanding of agile metrics and processes
- Experience in handling large teams good understanding of technology enabled business transformation
- Good background in project management, consulting, and cross-group collaboration skills
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills
