**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Your duties will include**

  • Conduct an assessment of CFM's current sustainability initiatives;
  • Spearhead new sustainability initiatives in line with internal ambitions and staff expectations;
  • Develop a collaborative approach with staff;
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sustainability to senior management;
  • Create and manage an internal communication platform dedicated to sustainability efforts (e.g., intranet area, newsletters, periodic communications, keynotes, events);
  • Communicate and present’s CFM’s sustainability approach to investors;
  • Recommend and actively engage in relevant industry initiatives;
  • Stay updated on sustainability regulations, update policies, and conduct periodic reporting.
