- MAIN MISSIONS_
- _Coordinate & Manage Women Forward partnerships with NGOs (financial/material donations, volunteering project, ad-hoc projects, etc.) globally and in collaboration with our different regions, taking into consideration local specificities _
- _Owner of all Sustainability-related content with the Products, Communication, Digital & CRM Teams, including approval of content across channels to ensure brand’s tone of voice and compliance with certifications guidelines: social media, PR, E-com edito and product description, product labels, etc._
- _Collaborate with HR Team on Sustainability Training Plan and with the Internal Communication Team to embed Sustainability as part of the company culture: internal events organisation (ex: International Women’s Day, Company-wide forum with all employees), corporate & employer branding _
- _Manage Sustainability Reports creation: data collection, redaction, creative briefing to external agencies and communication plan _
- _Lead cross-functional and cross-pillars Sustainability initiatives, including external industry initiatives (ex: Fashion Transparency Index) _
- _Direct Management of one apprentice_
- PROFILE_
- _5/7 years experience in a sustainability department or in an operational function_
- _Curiosity for Sustainability-related topics, with a focus on Social Impact & gender equality, as well interest in the Fashion & Luxury industry’s news on these topics_
- _Fluent in English (speaking & professional writing) & good level of French mandatory _
- _Excellent communication skills (internal & external, writing & speaking) _
- _Good understanding of digital / Ecom landscape _
- _At ease with cross-team collaboration, including international teams and navigating ambiguity_
