Position Duties

Nous recherchons plusieurs Producer pour encadrer et suivre nos projets de jeux (tous profils, junior à expérimenté)

Cette personne sera chargée de la réussite du projet en veillant à coordonner l'équipe projet et faire le suivi de production de contenu.

Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité du directeur du pôle projet au sein d'une équipe d'une quarantaine de personnes réparties sur plusieurs projets.

Vous serez également l'interface entre l'entreprise et nos potentiels partenaires ou éditeurs en lien avec un responsable commercial de l'entreprise.

Vos missions sont:

- De coordonner l'équipe projet aussi bien en termes de production qu'en termes de délai et de budgets
- Travailler avec le Game directeur et les leads du projet pour déterminer le scope de chaque milestone
- Aider les équipes dans les étapes de détermination et répartition des tâches de production
- Faire un reporting régulier et efficace au responsable du pôle projet
- Réaliser des présentations pour présenter le travail des équipes à la fin des milestones
- Être en lien avec les potentiels clients / éditeurs de nos jeux pour s'assurer que cette relation se passe bien et coordonner les attentes des différentes parties prenantes
- Maîtriser les risques du projet et valider des plans de mitigations avec votre responsable
- Dans l'idéal, vous avez au moins une expérience de production professionnelle
- Vous avez suivi un projet de jeu sur la plupart des étapes de production
- Vous avez déjà travaillé sur un projet en lien avec un éditeur de jeux
- Vous avez réalisé du suivi de production avec un outil de tracking
- Une connaissance de la suite Atlassian et de Jira est un plus
- Attitude professionnelle et positive,
- Efficacité à communiquer à la fois à l'oral et à l'écrit (en français ou en Anglais)
- Structuré, méthodique et flexible, vous êtes capable de gérer votre travail de manière autonome
- Vous faites preuve de dynamisme, avec une attitude positive et fédératrice
- Vous faites preuve de bon sens et savez prendre des initiatives
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur, et êtes attaché au travail de qualité

Localisation : Remote & possibilité d'accès bureaux de Lille ou Paris

Type de contrat : CDD avec possibilité de CDI
