We’re looking for an experienced and extremely motivated Senior Producer to join the team of our new mobile game Go Go Magnet,which will be released very soon.

As a Senior Producer, you will work directly with the game lead (who is also our CEO) and a team of 10 people to guide the development of the game.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports end-to-end pipeline development
- Create/maintain well-defined schedules, goals, and milestones
- Play a critical role in overseeing the artistic development and delivery of high-quality visuals and assets
- Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently
- Anticipate and mitigate blockers, before they become real issues for the team; lean in and remove obstacles in workflow, resourcing or capacity
- Support the production team to help them do their best work
- Bonus / product management_ : develop a deep understanding of the game and business, incl. existing features, product roadmap, and live operations ; work with the game lead on the economy side to improve revenue & retention KPIs ; continuously monitor and identify new opportunities to improve player experience, ensuring a great experience for all players across all stages of their player journey.

**What we're looking for**:

- 8+ years in production/project management in the mobile game industry
- Deep understanding of free-to-play development processes and pipelines, having successfully run a game project of significant scope from beginning to end with cross-functional teams
- Experience with analytics and understanding of engagement and monetization KPIs
- Passion for games and free-to-play mechanics
- Excellent collaboration skills and can work effectively with and influence other teammates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Player-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative
