SoMe Client Solutions Manager, EMEA

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for launching, maintaining, and reporting on campaigns in Social Media
- Supporting the team with anything YouTube focused if SoMe activity is low
- Working alongside the rest of the Client Solutions Management team to grow a book of business by focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction
- Maintaining and growing your own client stock and expanding it
- Staying proactive in your work with clients, always one step ahead
- Respond with urgency to general client requests using your understanding of all internal systems
- Generating thorough campaign reports that address overall metrics, wins and insights
- Supporting Senior Client Solutions Managers with daily tasks
- Monitoring campaign pacing and KPI performance and conducting on-going discussions with relevant internal team members and clients; proactively addressing any issues
- Maintaining and updating proficiencies in the video marketing space
- Responsible for educating and training the internal CSM team within the various social media platforms with everything from planning to reporting.
- Proactively learning and keeping up to date with current trends, new ad formats and advancements in the Social Media sphere.
- Reporting to Director of Client Solutions, EMEA

**Goals & Tasks**
- Serving as the internal primary point of contact pertaining to anything from planning to reporting on social media
- Ensuring that team members are fully onboarded and trained within the various SoMe platforms and their differences
- Working on improving internal processes for SoMe workflow
- Responsible for updating the wider team on trends and happenings on various SoMe platforms
- Leading the first campaigns in any market for SoMe and ensuring a smooth transition to the responsible local CSM
- Keeping a thorough understanding of 3p possibilities and implementations across SoMe
- Coordinating with SoMe reps from various platforms for any support needed

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience at a tech publisher or digital media agency within SoMe
- Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs
- Effective experience in media buying on a bidding model e.g., DBM, DSP, PMD, Programmatic platforms, and/or management of campaigns in various dashboards highly preferred
- Highly organized and detail oriented professional
- Have strong communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal
- Have a thirst to learn about Client Solutions Management and the digital landscape
- Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world
- Fluent in the Salesforce platform
- Google Ads, YouTube or Social Media certified a plus
- Hands-on experience at a tech publisher or digital media agency is a plus
- Above all, possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
