We are building a deeply immersive gaming virtual world metaverse where creators get the chance to make games next to gaming giants and brands such as Snoop Dogg, The Walking Dead, The Smurfs and more. The Sandbox has more than 5 million accounts created and is a leading actor in the Web3, Metaverse and blockchain gaming industries.
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design in the Web3 and blockchain space. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our Marketplace, ensuring it is intuitive, visually appealing, and seamlessly integrated with blockchain technology.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers, and blockchain experts to conceptualize and design innovative solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that reflect best practices in usability, accessibility, and aesthetics, while also leveraging the unique capabilities of blockchain technology.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience and drive product adoption.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in Web 3 and blockchain design, and advocate for their integration into our products.

- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing user-centric digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
**Bonus Skills**
- Knowledge of smart contract development and familiarity with blockchain platforms.
- Understanding of crypto principles and secure design practices.
