**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and manage SDTM programming activities for complex clinical trials, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including statisticians, data managers, and clinical experts to drive efficient data conversion and standardization.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for SDTM programming, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior programmers, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional growth.
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance our data standards and programming efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Life Sciences).
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as an SDTM programmer in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Proficiency with industry-leading tools such as SAS, CDISC standards, and other programming languages.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines for clinical data standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
