**Responsibilities**:

- The Site Engineer will report to Construction Manager and will coordinate works on the site, supervise works teams and ensure that the health and safety as well as quality procedures are in place.
- Prepare and organize works on site, supervise and follow-up the execution in accordance with works schedule.
- Define resources, manage subcontractors.
- Ensure that the Works Schedule is met**.**:

- Ensure that the security standards are in place in collaboration with Project HS manager.
- Manage all contractual aspects of the Project (Client’s and Subcontractors’ contracts)

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree or master in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a Construction company
- Experience in nuclear sector is a plus.

**Competences**
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
- A proactive person with capacity to analyse her/his work and foresee the Project needs.
- A motivated, organized person with an eye to detail
- Good leadership skills and experience in managing Project teams.
- Ability to carry out multiply tasks and work under deadlines pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Driving licence
- ** Languages**:

- English oral and written - professional proficiency.
- French recommended.
