Jumanji Studio is a startup studio founded by experienced entrepreneurs and investors in the impact space. Our goal is to build mindful businesses that fight environmental and social issues.

Since 2019, we’ve launched 7 startups, brought in 10 entrepreneurs (50% female) and a community of 70 advisors, exited our 1st startup, and raised a cumulative $4m across our studio and startups.

We are looking for the **CEO & co-founder that will lead our next startup,**

**a mentoring platform for impact seekers and doers.**

**What will this startup do?**

“Jumanji Mentoring” is a digital platform that creates bridges between impact workers and those who want to support them, or build an impact career. We envision it as a mentoring marketplace for transfer of essential knowledge from the ESG, impact, and entrepreneurship worlds.

In short, we want to accelerate the brain drain from the traditional economy towards a more positive economy, by generating 1-1 encounters, mentoring and advisory helps, short or long term. These encounters will plant seeds, unlock situations, inspire, at the right time in people’s life.

For this role, imagine being the founder of a startup and all the things it includes such as designing and launching the platform, strengthen the brand, vision, and strategy, drive the marketing and development of the company and overtime build a strong team to support its growth.

**Requirements**:
You have experience in building a startup (preferably a marketplace), you have strong knowledge or experience in Mentoring, 3 to 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, very good command of English and French, and you know the UK & French markets.

**Benefits**

This position is fully remote, based in France or in the UK. We offer a Co-founder equity package and a competitive salary.
