**Mission**:
At COLAS Rail procurement corporate level, there are currently 4 pillars, 3 operations pillars (International projects, France / Europe business, logistics) and 1 pillar covering Category Management / Bid support. The procurement performance service will be the fifth and last pillar to ensure that Procurement & Logistic performance, both operational and financial, are well monitored, optimized and impactful. The Performance Manager will report to the Procurement & Logistic Director.

**Main Responsabilities**:
**Mission**:

- Coordinate with COLAS Corporate performance team to adapt to COLAS rail specificities corporate tools, process and then deploy them
- Supervise the issuance of reporting including KPI, saving, progress
- Lead transformation and digitalization projects for procurement processes
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement network and raise them awareness of the importance of performance and efficiency.
- Bring the procurement network to life
- Manage a team of 1 people, targeting 2/3

**Main activities**:

- Process and Tools, Digitalization
- Put in place KPI and monitor them to ensure achievement of operational and financial performance objectives
- Analyze and optimize currents processes and tools, put in place additional one if necessary
- Train the buyers to use IA
- Saving:

- Coordinate with Manager /account department /suppliers to monthly follow optimization
- Propose new schema for saving, cost optmization
- Internal Audit
- Perform internal audit to ensure processes are correctly followed to increase procurement performance
- Procurement network
- Promote low carbon or initiatives, savings, goods practices through the procurement network (news letter, )
- Ensure GPN is correctly fullfilled for COLAS Rail network
- Coordinate with Manager for welcome on board note issuance
- Organize events to ensure team spirit is maintained

**Your profile**:

- Education: Master’s degree - Engineering diploma, and/or Business school
- Experience: minimum 7-10 years in purchasing and/or performance position
- Significant analytical skills
- Interest for technical products, IA, figures
- English fluent
- Good communication skills
