**Job Overview -**

We are looking for a Operations and Customer Service Associate who is bilingual in French & English to join our team

for Loop EU with 2+ years experience in Operations, Customer Service and/or Supply Chain management. We are

looking for a passionate, mission-driven professional who can uphold our high Customer ratings and build relationships

with our dedicated customers and vendors.

This position sits on the Loop Operations and will have the opportunity to support varied projects cross-functionally.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Scope : France & Europe**

**Operations and Supply Chain**:

- Build ecosystem of vendors to support Loop'g growth in Europe.
- Build partnership with cleaners to support loops growth in Europe.
- Day to day management of vendors (logistics and cleaning) ensuring they deliver based on our business needs including generate and improve reporting, and measurements.
- Actively improve and develop Loop NODE in France. Ensuring Local Node is aligned with Global strategy.
- Work with Loop QA on SOPs and ensuring vendors are complying with our / our partners' requirements (including Audit).
- Local Bin development together with global Bin and Packaging design team.
- Being the local hand Ensuring a local design, quick time to market and that vendors comply with Loops and our partners' requirements.
- Deliver continuous improvement to operations (i.e. cost control / deliver against the costing vision) to make sure we are always right sized compared to the business needs)
- Work with clients (Brands and Retailers) to build an Ops plan that fits their needs while maintaining Loop's standard operations (i.e. avoid creating a new model all the time)
- Issue necessary business reports internal and external (e.g. necessary for tracking invoices for finance, and for the Brands the monthly inventory)
- Work in partnership with the multifunctional team (IT, BI, Finance, Marketing) on continuous improvement/automation of our
systems to remove manual work for the overall team
- Communicating and formally presenting project updates and requirements to critical staff and accounts

**Requirements/Skills**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in a senior operations management or supply chain management

role.
- Bilingual in French & English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to develop innovative & creative solutions with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
