To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Global Technical Developer Europe within our Pharma GBU to reinforce our team This position will be located in Lestrem (near Lille).

Your mission?

You will facilitate growth through technical support, training, and collaboration on innovative and established solutions with our preferred customers.

This position involves rich interactions as you will closely work with the European Sales team, Global Account Managers, CTS teams, Applied Sciences, and the Marketing team.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

- Develop and grow and cultivate relationships to R&D teams of customers in a specific region in Europe and selected Global Accounts.
- Create value for Roquette by enabling customer success through: the implementation of innovative solutions using Roquette excipients and ingredients, supporting formulation development, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges at customers’ facilities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support Roquette's promotional campaigns.
- Support the end-to-end innovation process by generating ideas, gathering the voice of the customer, providing technical expertise, and assisting in the development of marketing materials and innovation product launches.

And also...
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related science; PhD preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the development of biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical products is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills: ability to work effectively in a transversal team environment including external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop long term strategic relationships with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Frequent business travels (around 30%) And because we are an international company you are fully fluent in English
