As a **Technical & Training Solutions Manager
- Africa M/W** you will be responsible for implementation of the Refinish technical service and training proposition for the Collision, CT, LIC & Sundries segments across the region. You will be working in continuous contact with the African sales team and META Automotive Refinish Director to review priorities and country needs.

The position is based in France - Flexibility on the locality

You will be reporting to Technical & Training Solutions Manager CEMTA.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES:
**Technical Training**:

- Implement the training proposition for the Collision, CT, LIC & Sundries
- Design and deliver annual training plans for importers and key customers
- Maintain high quality and cleanliness standards in the PPG Marseille Training Center
- Train sales team, distributors and importers in new products launched

**Technical Service**:

- Improve paint cycle via product portfolio review
- Introduce new products in customer’s paint process
- Audit body shop and propose corrective actions to improve productivity & quality
- Help customers to resolve technical issues and manage all product claims through PPG’s CAIR system

**Digital Colour & Moonwalk**:

- Lead colour IT tools in the regions, offering service to distributors, importers and end-users and provide technical support to any Moonwalk installed in the region

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years business experience in refinish technical roles with a good understanding of products, end-user requirements and PPG organization and strategy
- People management skills and ability to deal with customers at all levels
- Capacity & availability to travel around Africa (Africa-French & Africa-English territories) around 70-75% of working time
- Fluent French and English
