Descriptif du poste

Le Département « Distribution and Portfolio Management » (DPM) de la BGC a pour mission la gestion active (risque, RWA, liquidité) des financements de la Banque de Grande Clientèle en lien avec l'ensemble de ses lignes métiers.

Le département regroupe des équipes de Distribution (Global Credit Syndicate à Loan Distribution), Portfolio Management, Workout & Restructuring (DRAS) et Transform : ENR & Normative.

Au sein de l'équipe de Portfolio Management Corporate France, vous prenez en charge un portefeuille de large et mid-caps françaises.Vous assurez les missions suivantes en lien étroit avec les équipes du Coverage.

A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:
Analyse du risque crédit, suivi et anticipation pro-active de ce risque sur les contreparties Corporate de votre portefeuille (LoD1) ;
Préparation des dossiers d'octroi de crédit pour les octrois, revus annuels et waivers ;
Proposition/révision de la notation interne ;
Développement de l'expertise sectorielle sur le portefeuille considéré ;
Émission d'un avis Portefeuille pour des nouvelles opérations de financement corporate entrant dans le portefeuille ;
Participation à la gestion active du portefeuille de financements via des cessions secondaires.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes amenés à être en contact régulier avec les équipes du Coverage et DPM et à participer à certaines présentations ou rendez-vous clients. En plus, vous avez des très bonnes capacités d'analyse financière, de l'esprit analytique et synthétique, du rigueur et fiabilité et de l'adaptabilité, organisation, et capacité à gérer de courts délais. Enfin, un très bon niveau d'anglais et de français est indispensable tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
