You have 2 to 4 years experience in this field of expertise or an equivalent degree/qualification (Purchasing, Economics, Logistics). You have an interest in supplier relations, purchasing management (negotiation, tenders), you are familiar with the Office suite and you are interested in sourcing innovations. You are fluent in English and French. You have a good understanding of the business and the people involved in it. You have the ability to analyse the costs of your services and actions on a daily basis. You are able to act within the global context to achieve country, market and organisational objectives. You are an excellent collaborator and are able to build good relationships across the organisation and influence others in your own area of expertise using your communication skills. You are able to adapt and address different internal and external (suppliers) contacts. What you'll be doing day to day As a Services Sourcing Developer, your objective is to take direct responsibility for ensuring fulfilment in the Marketplace from a "start to finish" perspective by creating the prerequisites for excellent quality of execution: - Optimising mixed sourcing options. - Ensuring the available capacity of providers to achieve customer satisfaction. - Ensure long term development and readiness for growth in line with the IKEA Market penetration plan - Be supportive of the development of alternative fuels You will be responsible for: - Ensure the long term development and implementation of sourcing for Customer Satisfaction capabilities using mixed sourcing options, leading the Market Operations Development process. - Leading the assigned sourcing activities, projects and initiatives (tenders, negotiations) in the Marketplace and ensuring that the results are in line with the objectives set out in the growth plan. - Implementing the Global Sourcing Process in the Marketplace including the Group's Legal Contract package and managing all assigned contracts in the Marketplace ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. - Lead the process of building Market intelligence, - develop mixed sourcing options, - Develop healthy relationships with potential and existing service partners to ensure capacity for growth - Ensure that IKEA is seen as a preferred partner in the Market. - Ensure smooth and collaborative customer-centric co-operation with relevant stakeholders - Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing with suppliers, IKEA France and IKEA Worldwide. - Contribute to global projects to improve and develop the sourcing process at Market and Global level, ways of working, tools and working methods. - Contribute knowledge and approaches related to strategic sourcing to the design and development of projects in other Market functions, especially in Operations and Network Development - Ensure that the sustainability and Customer Satisfaction agenda is included in all aspects of the business.
