We are looking for a technical sourcer to support us in the next stage of our amazing journey Tadaweb is a growth phase technology company pioneering the field of Small Data. Currently we’re made up of 100+amazing people from all over the world, located in Luxembourg, London, Paris and Ottawa. In the next two years, we aim to double our headcount, and we are looking for a technical recruiter that embraces our culture and our dreams, in order to help us attract top talent and scale our company like nothing else seen before.

**Scope of work**:

- Work closely with Hiring managers and Recruiters on finding top talent to support the growth of our offices (Luxembourg, London, Paris, Ottawa and wherever the success of our teams will lead us)
- Find and use different platforms, tech, and online communities to identify talent, LinkedIn, GitHub, games channels etc.
- Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Support in building relationships with local universities, colleges, and schools to introduce Tadaweb and attract the best students and graduates
- Continuously improve our recruiting process
- Write and post technical (and non-technical) job descriptions

**Profile**:

- 1 + years of sourcing experience (Boolean, x-ray searching, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with job board and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow and any other relevant tools depending on target
