**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with Recruiting Leaders on OKRs definition and roadmap execution
- Map out the talent market, keeping a pulse of talent flow, market attrition, and which companies employ the talent we are after
- Amplify and champion referrals generation to find hidden talent in employees networks.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
- Responsible of tracking progress to goal and top funnel reporting to hiring managers
- Use your own research to get creative on where to find talent that otherwise might stay off the radar including diverse talent
- Specialize in event/project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement

**Who You Are**:

- An established Sourcer with 6+ years of experience working for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- An individual with a high sense of urgency, strong communication skills and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and simultaneously on multiple roles
- Experience mentoring or Technical recruiters/Technical sourcers
- Creative, innovative, curious and results driven
- Fluent in English
