We want you to be a part of our team, from **Strasbourg**, as a** Test Management Specialist.**

**WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?**
- Test Strategy & Planning
- Define and maintain test strategies and detailed test plans.
- Review technical documentation to identify acceptance criteria and test deliverables.
- Test Design & Execution
- Design and implement test cases using tools such as Xray, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Execute manual and automated functional, non-functional, and regression tests. - Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, Kreya, or SoapUI.
- Manage and prepare test environments and test data.
- Monitor logs and system behavior during test runs to identify defects and anomalies.
- Test Automation
- Automate test cases using tools within the technology stack (e.g., Playwright, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain test scripts and promote reusable automation assets.
- Recommend tools and approaches for improved test efficiency.
- Reporting & Defect Management
- Produce detailed test reports covering coverage, status, and defect summaries.
- Log, triage, and retest defects using tools like Jira.
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to product improvements.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, BAs, and Test Managers.
- Assist end-users during client testing phases.
- Support debugging by analyzing logs and outputs (e.g., via Grafana, Prometheus).
- Contribute to the definition of project use cases and testing scenarios.
- Non-Functional Testing
- Design and execute performance, load, and reliability tests.
- Use tools like JMeter, Gatling, or propose alternatives.

**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
- Experience with manual and automated testing across complex IT systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright).
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Xray, TestRail, Jira, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL), networking, and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and reporting skills.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
