Compliance Manager

Teads is seeking a motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to ensure that our business processes and transactions comply with financial and legal regulations and follow all relevant internal policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage effective finance and legal compliance program on the following scope:

- Anti-Bribery & Corruption (FCPA, Sapin 2 and whistleblowing, UK regulations, etc),
- SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act),
- Privacy (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other significant regulations),
- ESG (Environmental, social, and governance) and other ethical concerns.
- Support Teads management (HQ and subsidiaries) in evaluating both the design and operating effectiveness of Teads internal controls environment and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, agreements, laws, and regulations,
- Support the finance team in developing and executing a strategic, risk-based internal audit plan that provides effective coverage over financial, operational, and compliance risks and controls,
- Drive the SOX scoping and risk assessment by collaborating with cross-functional teams and Group external auditors to stay up to date on significant changes that may have an impact on the design and/or effectiveness of internal controls,
- Design and monitor control systems in collaboration with the security team, to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies,
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements,
- Regularly audit and assess company operations, procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks, or lack of compliance,
- Perform periodic audits to ensure our partners' compliance with contractual obligations and laws,
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations,
- Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports,
- Support the aggregation and presentation of audit results and recommendations for remediation and/or improvement purposes,
- Create and lead employee and management training sessions on privacy and compliance issues,
- Resolve employees' and management concerns about compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Master degree (+5) in law, finance, business management, or a related field;
- Excellent English is imperative, both oral and written (fluency is essential);
- At least 5 years of experience in a compliance manager role in an international environment (group of companies, or audit firm);
- Perfect knowledge of internal control techniques and risk analysis;
- Knowledge of international regulations related to the scope (FCPA, Sapin 2, SOX, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA etc)
