MISSION

Your mission is to assist the operational teams of Shipping Lines in the management

of trips and calls of partner ships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will monitor the schedules of the partner vessels and ensure their regular

update, you will ensure that the rights of the group on the partner vessels are

respected.

various external correspondents of the Lines (agencies, partners, operational

centers), as well as internal contacts.

You use software for logistics management, statistics and you increment the

databases dedicated to the follow-up of the operational activity of the maritime Line.

You will help the department's management to better identify problems

encountered by the SSC in the accomplishment of its mission.

You will support of the operations assistants in place.

You will create a dash board to monitor the quality of the work of the Shared Service

Center (SSC) schedule

You will Development and improvement of existing dash boards in the operations line

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

You prepare a master degree in logistics with a real interest in data analytics and port operations

You have a strong level in English both written and spoken

You have a good knowledge in Excel (macros, functions,)

You are a problem solver and detail oriented
