YOUR ROLE
You will join the Middle Office department within the Finance Division, which consists of a team of nine people responsible for monitoring cash flow, debt and market operations.
You will participate in the control and analysis of financing operations, as well as monitoring the Group's debt, and will work closely with the front office teams.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Monitoring financing operations, bank syndications and covenants:

- Analysis of legal documentation
- Creation and monitoring of schedules, controls and TMS entries
- Monitoring of transaction lifecycles (drawdowns, margin changes, syndication changes, monitoring of purchase options, etc.)
- Mapping and management of financial and operational covenants
- Monitoring of debt baskets linked to bond covenants
- Liaising with the Treasury, Consolidation, Business Plan and Insurance teams
Management of contractual banking communications and liaison with lenders throughout the transaction lifecycle
Implementation of a financial covenant monitoring tool
Analysis and monitoring of intragroup flows and positions (current accounts, TMA, intragroup loans)
Analysis of banking profitability and implementation of a RAROC tool
Carrying out ad hoc studies and reports for the Front Office and management (financial commitments, bank files, etc.)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
You are currently studying for a five-year degree at a business or engineering school, a Master's in Finance, Management or equivalent.
You have some initial experience in the field of finance and are looking for a six-month internship as part of your final year studies.
You have a good knowledge of financial instruments, hedging techniques and risk management.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
You are independent and rigorous, have strong analytical and summarising skills, and have a sense of priorities and team spirit.
You are fluent in French and English.
