We’re building a legal-tech SaaS product. The data team is solid. Performance marketing is covered. Devs and product are top-tier. What we _don’t_ have yet is someone who wakes up thinking: “What’s the fastest, smartest way to grow this thing today?”

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Growth Lead who will take full ownership of the _entire_ funnel—from acquisition to retention—and run scrappy, creative, data-backed experiments to push every metric that matters. You won’t be managing a team, but you’ll have _full access_ to some very sharp minds across product, dev, performance marketing, and data. Think of them as your toolbox. You just need to know what to build.

You won’t be told what to do.

You’ll tell us what needs to be done. But be prepared to back every decision with data.
You’ll design your own experiments, run them, analyze them, learn fast, and double down on what works.

This is not a 9-to-5. This is a role for someone who doesn’t want to be micromanaged - who _wants_ full ownership, real impact, and serious upside.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take full ownership of the entire growth funnel - from acquisition to retention.
- Design, run, and iterate on high-velocity experiments across marketing, product, and user experience.
- Use the in-house data team to support your hypotheses, but be data-literate enough to dig on your own. We do not do anything because we “like it”, we back every decision with hard data.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to run onboarding, UX, and activation experiments.
- Work closely with performance marketing to improve acquisition strategies, but you should know your way around ad platforms too.
- Prioritize ruthlessly. Pick the right battles. Move fast.
- Measure what matters. Kill what doesn’t work. Scale what does.

**Qualifications**:

- Have 5+ years of experience in a fast-moving SaaS or tech environment and you’ve _owned_ meaningful growth projects end to end.
- Are fluent in performance marketing, product analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Love being given a wide playing field and mínimal instructions.
- Are allergic to slow processes and hand-holding.
- Think like a founder: proactive, outcome-oriented, deeply resourceful.
- Know how to turn _ideas_ into _experiments_, and experiments into _results_.
- Can work cross-teams to execute and measure your ideas, without managing them directly.
