**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators and trends in our billing and support functions.
- Creating and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
- Leveraging statistical analysis to project and respond to 'what if' scenarios, future trends, and challenges.
- Running AB testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align billing and support processes against potential financial risks.
- Evaluating the impact of our marketing and product offerings on billing, risk, and support, and suggesting areas for improvement or innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages such as Tableau and Python/R.
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
Strong statistical analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and produce meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated experience with forward prediction and scenario planning.
- Knowledge of AB testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
