**Principales responsabilités**:
? Concevoir et maintenir une architecture distribuée basée sur des microservices pour un échange de données sécurisé et interopérable entre les États membres de l'UE.
? Garantir l'évolutivité, la modularité et la résilience du système dans toutes les implémentations nationales.
? Définir des modèles d'intégration pour l'interopérabilité avec les systèmes nationaux, les plateformes au niveau de l'UE et les services centraux.
? Collaborer avec des analystes commerciaux, des développeurs, des experts juridiques et des représentants des États membres afin de garantir l'alignement des solutions techniques sur les exigences opérationnelles et juridiques.
? Diriger la gouvernance technique, les revues d'architecture et la prise de décision dans plusieurs pays et auprès de plusieurs fournisseurs.
? Expérience avérée (5 ans ou plus) en tant qu'architecte de solutions ou de logiciels, idéalement dans le secteur public, la justice ou la sécurité.
? Solide expertise en architecture de microservices, en systèmes événementiels et en conception orientée domaine. ? Expérience avec des technologies telles que Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka et les API REST/gRPC.
? Connaissance des systèmes distribués, de l'orchestration/chorégraphie des services et des cadres d'interopérabilité (par exemple, eDelivery, normes SOAP/REST).
? Expérience dans la conception de systèmes dans des environnements multipartites ou fédérés.
