**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR COMMUNITY MANAGER**
**LOCATION**: Mix of remote and client office in Paris
OLIVER France are expanding the team for our client, a global luxury company.
The Community Manager is responsible for managing all global social media platforms for our client, from social content strategy, content calendar, manage content production and analyse social data.
You will be working hand in hand with key internal stakeholders to gather content and deliver best strategy for Some: digital engagement, content creation, advocacy ,portfolio, internal studio, market activation teams + affiliates.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Social content strategy set up and recommendation (playbooks)
- Posting
- Moderation - Answering questions within 24hr
- Copywriting (English only)
- Content diffusion planning (3 months in advance)
- Capturing content on field: covering activations, events, especially with Influence manager and PR & Event Manager
- Monthly performance dashboards (in collaboration with the Media Buying Manager) - to be delivered no later than the 15 of the following month
- Evergreen content management
- Monthly reports with Radarly and 3 times per year with Linkfluence and the CI Manager
- SoMe crisis communication management
**Role-specific skills, **knowledge** and experience**
- 5+ years' experience of managing social platforms and leading the social content strategy and content production
- SoMe strategic vision and understanding of global SoMe strategies being a combination of Owned and Earned content from influencers and UGC
- Digital expert (formats, data: reach and engagement etc, tech savyy: basic algorithm understanding, boosting, paid media mechanics, SEO)
- Trends spotter / Gen Z expert
- Native English speaker
- Super quick learner, really proactive, project management skills, work in autonomy
- Luxury background is a plus
- Audacious, collaborative, open-minded is a must for this role as our client needs to digitalize the brand in the most trendy and luxury way.
- Oral presentation shills
- The ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritising, planning ahead and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
