**The Role**
In line with an ambitious growth plan and following a business model that prioritizes sales through partnerships, Wattsense is expanding its organization by launching the recruitment of a **UK Sales Manager**.
**In This Role, You will Need To**:
- Define the development strategy, the partner targets to be addressed, the objectives and sales forecasts.
- Establish a commercial action plan aimed at qualifying new partners, aligned with the commercial development strategy.
- Manage the indirect sales funnel from prospect identification to product delivery phase.
- Conduct prospecting activities to expand the partner network and create new business opportunities among distributors, property owners, consulting firms, manufacturers, PropTech companies, and facility managers.
- Collaborate with the support service and company experts to organize pre-sales activities, particularly by arranging and leading product presentation meetings.
- Contribute to the development of tailored and packaged service offerings.
- Manage the relationship with new partners/prescribers in the post-sales phase, coordinate technical resources to support them in their development.
- Monitor individual budget performance (Orders, Product Turnover, Invoicing Monitoring, Collection).
- Participate in product promotion activities through presentations or by attending trade shows and professional exhibitions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for signed and/or developed partners.
- Ensure the reporting of your activities using existing tools within the company and participate in meetings and activity review sessions.
**What are the role requirements?**
- Experience as a Sales Representative in the UK.
- Engineering or business background.
- Proven track record in marketing industrial products and/or innovative technical solutions, gained either within or in collaboration with Integrators, Property Owners, PropTechs, and/or Facility Managers.
- Initial experience in fields such as BMS, IoT, Smart Buildings, or a strong interest in these areas.
- Professional fluency in English.
