Director of SEO

Instapro Group is seeking an experienced and passionate SEO Director to lead our SEO efforts across multiple European markets, including France, Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, and other future markets as we expand.

In this role, you will lead a collaborative team of dedicated SEO specialists and work closely with our cross-functional product and technology team to deliver a best-in-class organic performance.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be an integral part of the broader marketing team that operates across all brands and geographies.

Your role includes the following:

- Collaborating with a diverse team of SEO specialists across different countries to plan, coordinate, budget, and report on our SEO efforts.
- Continuously discovering opportunities, based on evidence, research & tests, to improve our business and customer value by working closely with your team to identify solutions that prioritize our SEO roadmap.
- Defining key SEO challenges and delivering impactful solutions by understanding our customer's needs, business challenges, market trends, and competition.
- Ensuring we stay ahead of algorithm changes and adapt accordingly, with a focus on improving key performance indicators and metrics.
- Improving our public website for both sides of the marketplace by leveraging user feedback, data, and a deep understanding of SEO.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business and aligning expectations accordingly.
- A commitment to creating simple solutions that create customer value.
- An evidence-based, data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze problems deeply and combine insights with a user-centric approach.
- At least 7 years of in-house experience working on large websites, including eCommerce and/or Marketplace.
- A proven track record of growing a vertical or market category through focused SEO strategies.
- The ability to plan, develop, and implement SEO strategies and report on performance, including resource and budget management.
- A deep understanding of how SEO works across English-speaking and international markets, with a focus on all aspects of SEO, from technical audits to content strategies.
- The ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with the desire to work in an international and distributed team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in home services, B2B2C, tech experience, business experience, or a track record in driving user adoption and retention in marketplaces is a plus.
- Fluency in German, French, Dutch, Italian, and other European languages is also a plus.
