**Role purpose**

Our homeowners are at the very heart of our business. By building relationships with our homeowners and learning everything there is to know about their beautiful homes, we provide the bridge between them and the rest of our operation.

The role of the Junior Account Manager is to ensure all of our homes across our portfolio are looking their best on our website and that the information that powers behind the scenes is accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for ensuring that all the information pertaining to our properties is accurate, formatted properly and actioned efficiently.

You will also be responsible for assisting the Account Managers by building and maintaining productive partnerships with a portfolio of homeowners. You will play a key role within the supply team by working with the Property Management Team on home issues and the Operations Teams on scheduling and logístical homeowner needs. This is an account management role at heart, one that requires hands on relationship-building skills, quick thinking and the ability to consistently find win/wins for both onefinestay and the homeowner. You will be detail oriented and able to manage a varied workload which involves many different company stakeholders.

Attention to detail is fundamental to this role, data maintenance in order to maintain listing accuracy is an essential skill requirement. You will be a people person and enjoy the opportunity to meet and liaise with different people with very unique homes and styles. The ability to adapt and work on ad hoc tasks is also essential.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Onboarding of new properties including liaison with the supply team as well as homeowners and third party contractors (eg photographers and stylists).
- Organising onboarding meetings and photoshoots.
- Providing operational advice to homeowners during the onboarding process around the use of the home (e.g. appliances, storage etc)
- Completion of ongoing data maintenance, effectively exploiting all tools and platforms available to maintain listing accuracy.
- Working closely with both Supply and Demand to effectively manage the data maintenance queue to match Content data maintenance priorities with those of the business.
- Working on adhoc listings/ content projects as required.
- Issue Resolution: Investigating homeowner reported damage post-stay and reporting damage/home issues to homeowners in-stay and post-stay.
- First Point of Contact: Being the first point of contact when homeowners get in touch.
- Helping them to check their statements, update calendars, confirm booking dates etc.

**Qualifications and experience**
- A relevant degree and experience in hospitality industry
- Driven self-starter, ready to roll up your sleeves and help shape our future
- Ambitious and results driven
- Fine attention to detail and quality control
- Great organisation skills and able to work autonomously
- Knowledge of home operating systems would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (fluency in written and spoken French and English).
- Ability to learn new platforms
- Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously
