**ENTER THE GAME**

The company is undergoing a strategic transformation driven by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). This transformation aims to deliver value across products, processes, and productivity while anticipating future GenAI-driven changes.

As a GenAI Product Manager you will report to a Senior Product Manager and act as a key point of contact between the Generative AI program and the various product tribes (Growth, Poker, Casino, Sportsbook, Turf). Their mission is to identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI into the processes of one or more product tribes, lead GenAI-specific discovery phases, and support the transition to delivery in collaboration with product teams and the technical resources of the GenAI Center of Excellence.

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**

In this context, your missions are as follows:
**Relationship with Product Tribes**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Head of Product of the tribe(s) under their responsibility.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering Managers from the product teams.
- Propose opportunities for integrating GenAI solutions to address the business needs identified in each tribe.
- Act as an ambassador for GenAI value by deeply understanding the business and customer challenges of the tribe(s).

**Product Discovery**:

- Conduct Discovery involving GenAI experts to identify innovative use cases.
- Prioritize initiatives and develop prototypes or Proof of Concepts (PoC) in partnership with the GenAI Center of Excellence teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies (technical, business, and user-oriented).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (product design, legal, etc.), develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
- Organize and lead workshops with multiple actors from Betclic's teams (product design, data, marketing, IT )
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.

**Support During the Delivery Phase**:

- Support product teams during the development and implementation of features incorporating GenAI.
- Act as a coordination point between product teams (Product Owner, Engineering Manager) and the technical teams of the GenAI Center of Excellence.

Coordination and Alignment:

- Facilitate communication between product tribes and GenAI experts to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Monitor projects until their production release and evaluate their business impact.

**Technical and Strategic Support**:

- Assist in defining and maintaining best practices and standards for integrating GenAI into products.
- Contribute to the global roadmap of GenAI initiatives in alignment with the strategic objectives of the tribes.

This job is for you if:

- You have a Master's degree (Bac +5) in management, computer science, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years' experience in product management or an equivalent role, with experience in projects involving artificial intelligence solutions.
- You have good knowledge in Product Management processes and techniques, ideally in contexts involving artificial intelligence or innovative technologies. It's a plus il you are familiar with the “Discovery Discipline” methodology.
- You have good knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and discovery frameworks.
- You have a good uunderstanding of fundamental concepts in artificial intelligence, particularly Generative AI, and proficiency in Data-related skills.
- You possess excellent communication skills to interact with diverse profiles (PO, EM, Head of Product, technical experts, Product designers, UX researchers ).
- You have ability to be an inspiring ambassador within the tribe and to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are curious and have interest Interest in emerging technologies and the ability to identify their added value in products.
- And finally, you are fluent in spoken and written English and French.
