What you’ll achieve

You will support care providers with a coherent, seamless way of navigating the process, thereby increasing patient safety, usability, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage the products in the value stream with a strong business perspective and create value for our customers and Dedalus by successfully developing and launching new functionalities to the markets while keeping balance with our existing customer base.

You will be in charge of:

- Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation
- Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
- Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s
- Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
- Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.
- Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
- Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
- Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
- Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Essential Requirements
- University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced nurse)- 2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support -alternatively or 5 to 10 years experience in hospital environment with strong affinity to IT topic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation requirements and workflows, particularly related to blood products.
- Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
- Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
- Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
- Proficient in French and English, German is a plus

Desirable Requirements- Familiarity with Dedalus products and solutions is a plus.
- Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
- (core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)
