**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with data center footprint expansion programs.
- Experience with data center architectures and components.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience leading, designing, and/or refining business processes for a large-scale engineering organization.
- Experience in project/program management.
- Deep technical understanding of solutions and cloud infrastructure customer deployments.
- Ability to distill complex and ambiguous information into actionable insights.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments in EMEA and at a global level, and manage/influence senior executives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the technical leadership on Geo Expansion roadmap.
- Drive definition of service and infrastructure portfolios for new regions in partnership with local sales/CE leadership.
- Partner with central product teams on defining infrastructure options for new regions, and assess impact on expansion plans and its profitability.
- Partner with capacity planning and central program management teams to define and roll-out approach to capacity planning for new regions, and drive and measure capacity utilization post-launch.
- Resolve technical Geo Expansion escalations as needed.
