**Build plans & briefs for Europe trade retail marketing**
- Build the retail marketing animation plan mirroring the marketing & brand marketing plans.
- Build the strategy and roadmap for permanent in-store retail marketing assets (shopping bags, shopping baskets, fragrance smells, gifting assets, uniforms, in-store iconography and editorial)
- Build the strategy & roadmap for animation, incl. KCP, for non-permanent in-store retail marketing assets (GWP, FOS tables, gondola, EDG, towers, linear stops, basker & security gates animations etc )
- Build the strategy for signage between all priorities (clarify, elevate, coordinate all messages)
- Build each detailed brief taking into account post-mortems and consolidating market needs
- Define the right assets and 360 to make services a singular and impactful element of the Sephora experience in storeDefine then monitor the retroplanning from A to Z for each animation. Assure enough anticipation for sustainable transport.**Develop the Trade Retail Marketing assets**:

- Brief the scenography designers and accessories designer in details for all the assets (EDG, podium, Beauty Hub take-over, Front of store table or gondola, Sephora Loves etc ) to assure the maximum of impact, the highest singularity and the most entertainable client experience
- Nurture creativity of designers with competition benchmark, retail trends and inspirations
- Lead the calls for tenders with purchasing teams assuring a strong challenge on price and quality
- Define the strategy about local or central production for each asset
- Lead the asset development hand-in-hand with designers and coordinating with MOP
- Run the quality & delivery tests such as the take-over test (including key markets)
- Assure a strong focus on sustainable composition and upcycling post life of trade retail marketing assetsClosely monitor the budget vs. target**Deploy the assets hand-in-hand with the markets**:

- Do the follow-up of delivery with supply chain, assuring anticipation and seamless communication with the markets
- Consolidate orders
- Assure all the invoicing / re-invoicing process
- Assure store and market visits to evaluate the animation impact in real life
- Build animation report and post-mortem about the impact.Assure the post-life of retail marketing assets in terms of sustainability- **

A solid experience with
- At least 5 years of Trade marketing or/ and Retail Marketing
- Beauty background
- Luxury experience and / or Retailer background (a plus)
- International experience on top will be appreciatedFluent French & English mandatory**_And if you have or if you are_**
