As part of the Sephora Collection brand's Project Management Department, you will coordinate and lead the team from the Marketing Brief to the delivery of the items to the warehouse, coordinating the various Sephora Collection internal teams (Packaging Development, Formula Development, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Supply, Marketing, Finance).

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**
- Manage new product launch projects, from the marketing brief to the delivery of items to the warehouse.
- Coordinate internal Sephora Collection teams with a common quality/cost/time objective, while ensuring business priorities are met.
- Carry out project scoping (Feasibility, Risk Analysis) to identify risks, determine the associated action plans, and ensure their smooth implementation until it’s completion.
- Lead project meetings: Pilot Meeting (provide an End-to-End overview of project progress) APC (arbitration/decision-making at Marketing Management/Operations Management level), Launch Committee (share with management the status of at-risk projects and projects with impacted MAD with pb/action plan + arbitration if necessary).
- Create serenity, enthusiasm and dynamism around the project by providing solutions, facilitating decision-making and controlling communication flows.

Team management:

- Supervision of a team
- Manage activity: employee workload, project allocation, monitoring performance, KPIs and project progress.
- Support, guide and develop the team to anticipate issues and identify actions/solutions
- Propose new processes/tools/best practices/continuous improvement to be implemented.
- Accompany change both within the PM team and across Operations as a whole
- Rationalize best practices across business lines for harmonization

- Engineering degree (bac+5) or university equivalent
- More than 10 years' professional experience in a development or project management position
- Very strong knowledge of project methods, processes and tools, ideally in the industrial, cosmetics or agri-food sectors
- A dynamic profile, with leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- You are rigorous, structured, creative and curious.
