If you’re excited about joining a European fintech adventure, Swan is the way ***Job description**: Swan is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our leadership team. As a CISO, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of the company's digital assets. You will work in collaboration with technology, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure the protection of company data and assets. **Your mission** - Develop and lead the company's IT security strategy that align with the overall business strategy and objectives. - Evaluate and mitigate IT security risks. - Ensure compliance with IT security regulations. - Manage IT security incidents and investigations. - Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of security and educate employees on security best practices. - Manage a team of security professionals, including a VP of Security and a Security Engineer, to execute on the security roadmap and meet the company's security objectives. **Preferred experience**: **You’re a great match if**: - You have a minimum of 10 years experience in IT security including several year leading security teams and managing people - In-depth knowledge of IT security practices and regulatory standards - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams, business partners, and regulatory authorities - Strong change management skills to successfully implement IT security initiatives and ensure employee buy-in - Strong management skills to lead an IT security team and collaborate with other functional teams - You are an inspiring leader, passionate about developing high-performing teams and excellent at pushing team collaboration to break down silos. - A good culture of technology trends (news, meetups ) - Good working abilities in English - Our ideal teammate: Sociable.
