**Position Overview**

As HR Business Partner, you are responsible for all HR-related matters within the location. You act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. Your role is essential in creating a supportive, professional, and motivating work environment, ensuring that Lucia attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Process and oversee payroll, ensuring accuracy of hours, overtime, and benefits.
- Monitor employee schedules, attendance, absences, and leave requests.
- Support managers in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health & safety, and company policies.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development planning.
- Manage housing contracts and accommodation for staff.
- Maintain clear HR records, track key HR metrics, and report to the General Manager.
- Act as the point of contact between employees, management, and external partners (e.g., labor authorities, training providers).

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in Human Resources, ideally in hospitality or restaurants.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of local labor law, payroll, and HR best practices.
- Ethical, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- People-focused, approachable, and committed to employee well-being and development.
