**Job Description**:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will support the Client Director in actively managing the relationship with a strategic key account to promote and secure use of Visa Europe products and services.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Contributes to the annual business/account plan for the assigned account, agreeing with the Client Director what actions will be required for their product / portfolio.
- Manages a product portfolio or product, ensuring members are provided appropriate support from Visa Europe.
- Works with client to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.
- Works closely with the assigned client, ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained with the bank operational team.
- Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa product and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas.
- Engages with colleagues across Visa ensuring teams such as product, marketing, business development and consulting are appropriately involved and informed about their client issues.
- Support cross functional initiatives as required
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the payment business and/or financial services
- Commercial understanding, the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions in relation with our scorecard
- Good understanding of the digital marketing and the Fintech market
- Broad knowledge about Visa and its products and services
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels within own member business
- Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skill.
- Fluent in French and English
