**Join our team as a Human Resources Apprentice**
Reporting to the HR Department of ICAPE Group's headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92), in the south of Paris, France, you will work in collaboration with the HR Manager in various missions.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to various HR initiatives, including employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, updating employee training records, and liaising with training organizations.
- Help track key HR indicators related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
- Participate in updating job descriptions, maintaining HR records, and assisting in various administrative tasks.
- Help ensure a smooth integration for new employees by preparing onboarding materials and coordinating with teams.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to take initiative and propose new ideas.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous HR experience or internships are a plus but not required.
