We are looking for a work-study **HR Assistant (F/M)**, for a 2 year apprenticeship contract.

Reporting to the HR Department of ICAPE Group's headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92), in the south of Paris, France, you will work in collaboration with the HR Manager in various missions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Personnel administration : prepare various declarations to social organizations
- HRIS: record and update employees data
- Update job descriptions
- Training: record and update employees and training datas in our training platform; training searches, registration and follow-up with trainee and training organization
- Monitor and consolidate group data for training, recruitment and other indicator
- Work on a variety of HR projects

**PROFILE**
- Master's Degree Level in HR (BAC+4/5)
- A first experience in HR would be appreciated
- Minimum intermediate (B2) level in **English **is required (written and oral)
- Fluency in **French **is required (written and oral)
- Good adaptability, you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
- You have good interpersonal skills
- You are rigorous, well-organised and autonomous
