**Your Mission**
- We are looking for a Strategy Associate to join the Strategy and M&A team at BlaBlaCar. As Strategy Associate, you will work directly with BlaBlaCar’s executives to support their strategic decision-making. This means you will impact the direction BlaBlaCar is taking for the years to come

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support C-level in the definition of BlaBlaCar’s strategy
- Communicate the strategy to our Board of Directors and Investors
- Contribute to all funding-related projects (equity, debt)
- Contribute to M&A sourcing and execution
- Lead ad-hoc cross functional analyses for our C-level

**Your qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics with 2-4 years of professional experience in Strategy (e.g. consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy department)
- Excellent communication skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to think strategically and “outside the box”
- Excellent modeling skills (this is a clear must)
- Fluent in English
